With a maximum of 6 people in the studio for class, small group training allows you to work out in a safe, private environment with class led by me. No matter whether you’re new to exercise or have been exercising for a long time, options are offered to suit your level.
Tuesday morning class is perfect for after the school run – 45 mins to yourself before getting on with the rest of your day!
