The very nature of the kettlebell’s weight makes it such a versatile piece of equipment that will challenge your core, balance and coordination. Kettlebell exercises will help you build strength, cardio fitness, functional strength and flexibility, while melting fat and sculpting a lean body.
Sessions are varied and designed to give you a full body workout, combining the kettlebell sport lifts - jerk, longcycle and snatch in the first half of the session with a circuit to finish.
